As an Associate Game Producer for Magic Business Strategy , you’ll drive the cross-functional production and operational processes that bring Magic products to life for mass retail audiences. This role bridges creative, operational, and business strategy—ensuring our mass market offerings are planned, built, and delivered with excellence.
You’ll work in close partnership with our product design team to shape and execute the portfolio strategy, with our vendor partners to ensure product requirements meet customer and shopper needs, with our ops & supply chain teams to ensure inventory sufficiency for business goals, and our game production teams to ensure successful delivery and creative alignment to product goals.

The base salary for this position is $80,200.00 to $125,500.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
