We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to support and optimize the Atlassian Jira Cloud environment. This individual will manage core collaboration and ticketing tools including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering and maintaining Atlassian Cloud tools
• Configuring Jira workflows and Confluence spaces/templates
• Supporting users via Jira Service Management ticketing
• Developing and maintaining Confluence knowledge base documentation
• Training users on tools, features, and best practices
• Driving operational improvements across the Atlassian ecosystem
• Supporting reporting and insights via Atlassian Analytics
• Enforcing governance and scalable practices across all tools

Strong hands-on experience administering: Jira (primary tool)

Experience working within multi-tool Atlassian SaaS environments

Ability to:

Manage workflows, projects, template

Support end users (ticketing + troubleshooting)

Maintain governance and best practices

Comfortable working in a lean team environment (high ownership)

(Jira preferred)

Jira Cloud – issue tracking, project management, and agile development

Confluence Cloud – team documentation and knowledge sharing

Trello – visual task and workflow management (Kanban boards)

Bitbucket Cloud – Git code repository hosting and collaboration

Jira Service Management – IT service desk and support management

Jira Work Management – business team task and project tracking

Opsgenie – incident alerting and on-call management

Statuspage – system status communication and incident updates

Atlas – project tracking and team status reporting

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $73.00/hr.
