A leading regional medical center in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a Locums Vascular Surgery Physician to provide call coverage and support an established vascular surgery program serving Southern Idaho and surrounding communities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mature and well-supported vascular service with a strong referral network, dedicated vascular clinic and laboratory, and full operating room capabilities.
The incoming physician will provide coverage for vascular surgery consultations, urgent referrals, emergency department call, and vascular surgical procedures while working alongside experienced advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary hospital teams.

Collaborative relationships with hospitalists, intensivists, emergency medicine physicians, and trauma services
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide vascular surgery call coverage for the Emergency Department
Evaluate and manage urgent vascular surgery consultations
Assess and treat urgent clinic referrals
Perform vascular surgical procedures as clinically indicated
Collaborate with advanced practice providers on patient care and follow-up
Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary care coordination
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Patient ManagementPatients requiring urgent vascular intervention are admitted through the Emergency Department
Medical admissions are managed in collaboration with hospitalists and intensivists
Trauma patients are managed by the trauma service with vascular consultation as needed
APPs provide ongoing support for inpatient and outpatient vascular care
Qualifications
MD or DO required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship or integrated vascular surgery training program
Active Idaho medical license preferred or ability to obtain
Current DEA registration required
Current ACLS and BLS certifications preferred
