Job Description

We’re hiring a Marketing & Events Representative to support nonprofit organizations through in-person community outreach and event-based fundraising. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, representing meaningful causes, and developing real-world marketing and communication skills.

In this position, you’ll participate in short-term, pop-up fundraising events throughout the local area. You’ll engage directly with community members, share the mission of our nonprofit partners, and help drive support through face-to-face interaction. Full training is provided—no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit partners at pop-up events, retail locations, and community venues

  • Engage with the public in a professional, energetic manner to educate and encourage donations

  • Set up, manage, and break down event displays and materials

  • Communicate nonprofit missions clearly and accurately

  • Track daily event performance and community engagement

  • Work collaboratively with a team while building leadership skills

  • Learn the fundamentals of marketing, sales, territory management, and client representation
