We’re not another traditional mezcal brand.

We’re building a smoother, more balanced expression designed for real occasions, not just shots.

With a growing presence in California, we are now focused on expanding in Los Angeles, one of the most competitive and influential markets in the world.

We’re looking for a highly proactive Sales & Market Development Representative to grow our presence across Los Angeles.

This is not a passive sales role.

This is a build, activate, and expand territory role .

You will be responsible for:

• Opening new on-premise and off-premise accounts
• Driving sell-through , not just placements
• Building strong relationships with bartenders, buyers, and beverage directors
• Creating opportunities within your territory (not waiting for them)
• Executing tastings, activations, and brand presence
• Identifying key accounts and positioning the brand strategically
• Working closely with founders on growth initiatives
  

We’re looking for someone who already understands how this market works.

• Experience in spirits, wine, or beverage sales (required)
• Strong network in Los Angeles hospitality scene
• Proven ability to open accounts and move product
• Highly proactive mindset, you generate opportunities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive market
• Strong presence and communication skills
