Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in a related discipline, or we may accept an additional 4 years of directly relevant experience in place of the degree.
• We require 5+ years of experience as a Contractor SAP Security Officer or Program Security Officer supporting acquisition SAPs.
• We require experience working through the Sponsors accreditation process and ICD 503 requirements, with the most recent SAP role held within the past nine months.
• We require demonstrated ability to meet security requirements in the Sponsors environment or a comparable setting, with master-level knowledge of Special Access Program operations.
• We require the ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as mission needs dictate.
• We require an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• We prefer a masters degree in a related field, or an equivalent blend of education, training, and experience beyond the master-level baseline in acquisition SAP support.
• We prefer deep familiarity with OPSEC, vulnerability assessments, countermeasure development, and Program Protection Plan development.
• We prefer experience with DoDM 5205.07 series, Intelligence Community Directives, and other applicable SAP security policies.

• We oversee a team of CSSO-Journeymen, Security Specialist Mid-Level staff, and CSSO-Apprentices in a supervisory capacity.
• We manage all aspects of program security in support of SAP efforts, including personnel, physical, information, industrial, and SCI security.
• We apply personnel, industrial, physical, IT/IA, and information security principles to lead a broad range of SAP-related security activities.
• We design and implement protective strategies for Critical Program Information in alignment with Department of War directives, national policy, and acquisition security reform.
• We develop and maintain SAP security policies, standard operating procedures, template materials, MOAs/MOUs for DEZO, and co-utilization documentation for enterprise sites.
• We review Security Classification Guide packages for accuracy and consistency, maintain and update SCG templates, and manage the 5-year OCA-signed SCG update cycle.
• We maintain program record files in accordance with DODI 5205.11, process enterprise security classification change requests, and create security plans to protect classified information.
• We support the Sponsors system accreditation efforts by preparing Body of Evidence documentation, responding to required controls, and completing assigned security actions.

In this role, you will support the Sponsors system accreditation efforts and contribute to critical SAP security operations within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The position involves occasional travel as required to support mission objectives, and it includes physical expectations such as spending about half the time in a stationary position and regularly communicating with coworkers, management, and customers, including presentations.
