As a Airport Security Officer - Park Team in Honolulu HI you will safeguard the airport staff and its facilities. Along with driving patrolling checking and securing doors. You will conduct routine patrols remain highly visible and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to all visitors and staff. Position Type: Full Time - Overnight

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License (1 years)
• 1 years of security experience
• 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check physical and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors travelers and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals public areas parking locations and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entry and restricted areas observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic and report unusual conditions maintenance concerns and/or policy violations according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control directional support and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a high-traffic airport environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
