Job Description

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least three years of experience in areas such as IT capability assessment and planning, IT cost and performance management, solution architecture, portfolio/program/project management, and transformational change.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university.
• We are looking for deep, hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Software Asset Management, along with broader knowledge of ServiceNow, IT management, enterprise strategy, IT supply chain, and information management.
• We expect experience improving IT processes, either within your own organization or in an external consulting role.
• We value strong business acumen, technical and analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

• We support clients in evaluating their current IT Asset Management environment and developing practical future-state roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• We lead and deliver ServiceNow Software Asset Management solutions, including strategy, implementation, configuration, and integration with ITAM and ITSM processes.
• We manage large IT Service Management transformation initiatives, covering project leadership, ITIL process design, solution design, technical tool design, and platform implementation.
• We apply our experience to deliver end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including technical architecture, prioritizing development work, coordinating vendors and leadership, and aligning internal and client technical teams.
• We lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration and workflow development.
• We help clients adopt Software Asset Management best practices, SDLC methods, migration, testing, and ServiceNow governance.
