Salary: $97,755 - 204,585 per year Requirements:

• We require at least three years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud or on-premises EPM solutions, or recent post-production application support, with hands-on exposure to Oracle EPM modules such as TRCS, Flux Ops & Rev, PCF, and EDMCS.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• We expect strong functional knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and related finance processes, including planning, forecasting, consolidations, close, and reporting.
• We look for the ability to convert business needs into system configurations and effective test scenarios.
• We need experience working closely with project managers, technical consultants, and clients to implement and support technology solutions, including structured problem analysis and resolution.
• We require the ability to manage multiple client requests at once, prioritize effectively, and work within ITSM/ITIL-based support environments.
• We expect excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• We require the ability to travel to client sites in the Dallas area as needed.

• We lead client discussions to assess business needs, provide functional advice, and recommend solutions across Oracle EPM modules including TRCS, Flux Ops & Rev, PCF, and EDMCS.
• We drive ongoing Oracle EPM optimization efforts, including break/fix support, deployment of new capabilities, quarterly release coordination, and continuous process enhancement.
• We partner with cross-functional and offshore teams to investigate issues, resolve defects, and deliver end-to-end functional solutions across Oracle EPM modules.
• We gather and document business requirements, configure system changes, carry out functional testing, support UAT, and assist with production migration activities.
• We perform monthly and quarterly release testing by executing test scripts, evaluating new functionality, and advising clients on adoption and configuration impacts.
• We manage work items and ticket status in ServiceNow, maintain accurate documentation and stakeholder communication, and ensure timely updates.
• We improve operational efficiency through process refinement and task automation.
• We support multiple clients simultaneously by prioritizing service requests, maintaining SLAs, and applying ITIL-aligned service management practices.
• We act with integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to support a respectful and courteous workplace.
