Job Description

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least one year of technical cloud engineering experience; experience supporting U.S. federal government consulting is preferred.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• We need experience building cloud architectures and implementing production infrastructures or applications in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP using an infrastructure-as-code approach.
• We look for experience with cloud-native container technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker; familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is preferred.
• We prefer experience developing data analytics platforms or applications in the cloud.
• We need familiarity with Unix/Linux environments, terminal-based development, and source code management tools such as Git or SVN.
• We require the ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.
• Applicants must possess, or be eligible for, a U.S. government clearance.

• We support cloud architecture design, prototyping, implementation, and optimization.
• We help develop cloud platforms and applications using infrastructure-as-code methods to solve real-world problems while maintaining quality and compliance.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams and KPMG professionals to understand client needs and build integrated operational solutions and applications that strengthen our cloud infrastructure and DevOps capabilities.
• We research, test, and apply emerging cloud methods and tools to improve productivity, security, reliability, and performance.
• We enhance tools and services used in cloud DevOps environments, including performance monitoring, security monitoring, deployment and configuration tooling, continuous integration and build servers, and cloud resource creation scripts.
• We assist with business requirements gathering and translation, hypothesis-driven consulting, workstream and project management, and client relationship development.
