**Job Description:**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring they maintain dignity and independence. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plans.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Document services performed and clients' conditions accurately and promptly.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide is preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
**Working Conditions:**
- Must be able to travel to clients' homes within a designated area.
